501(c)(3) application with Form 1023EZ:

Nonprofit organization must also submit an application for tax-exempt status to the IRS to receive tax benefits. For small nonprofit organizations with annual revenue less than $50,000 and total assets not exceeding $250,000, Form 1023EZ can be submitted.

A Certificate of Good Standing is an official document issued by the state government, certifying that your company is legally registered and authorized to operate in that state. Also known as a Certificate of Existence, Certificate of Status, or Certificate of Authorization.

Article of Amendment:

A company can apply for Articles of Amendment with the state to change the following details: name, address, registered agent, directors and officers, the number of shares authorized for issuance, and the company's business purpose and scope of operations.

Dissolution:

Your company must submit a dissolution notice to the state and obtain approval to officially close a business that is no longer operating. Each state has different requirements for dissolving a company.

Foreign Qualification:

If your company plans to conduct business in other states, you must apply for a foreign qualification with each state. Generally, the application requires providing the original registration documents from your home state and a Certificate of Good Standing.

DBA Application:
